How To Apply

4 simple steps to apply

1.Choose the program that you are interested in.

Please ensure your academic result fulfills the minimum entry requirement for the program you want to enroll in.

Then please fill the Enrolment Application Form.

2. Choose your accomodation

Decide if you need accommodation. 

If you do, choose the type of room required.

Then please fill out the Hostel Application Form

3. Prepare the documents needed

  • 2 pieces of Passport-sized photo (with white background)
  • A CERTIFIED copy of Identity Card (Both sides in a page)
  • A CERTIFIED copy of birth certificate
  • A CERTIFIED copy of academic result (SPM/ UEC/ Certificate/ Equivalent)
  • A CERTIFIED copy of BOTH parents’ pay slips, OR complete the ‘Income Verification Form’

 

*The Certification of Results, photocopy of IC, Birth certificate, and Income Verification can ONLY be done by a government officer with a Grade 9 level or above

4. Submit your application

Please wait for KLT’s representative to contact you regarding your application status. Upon successful application, students will be notified through phone-call or email on:

  • Date of reporting
  • Eligibility of the KLT Bursary or KLT Scholarship
  • Amount of payment upon registration
